Cardiff-based comparison website scoops up top award

Cardiff-based insurance comparison website ActiveQuote has been recognised for top customer excellence at the Legal & General Business Quality Awards.

Legal & General’s annual awards, which were launched in 2011, highlight exceptional customer care and retention in the protection insurance sector.

ActiveQuote won the Best Customer Excellence award after experts from Legal & General analysed customer service statistics and quality metrics.

Phil Nash, product manager at ActiveQuote, said: “We are extremely proud to have won a Business Quality Award for Customer Excellence.

“Above all, this win underlines our dedication to our customers and acknowledges that we provide the very best in terms of advice and customer service.”

This isn’t the first time that ActiveQuote has won a coveted award, having previously been named in The Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100, the Fast Growth 50 Wales and presented the Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation.
