Fast-growth fintech company acquired by leading software firm
SamePage, a high-growth fintech company based in Cardiff, has been acquired by leading software provider Vision Blue.
The deal comes after a successful partnership between both companies, which saw them collaborate on a full lifecycle Loan Origination and Account Management System (LMS) for the Green Deal Finance Company (GDFC).
Founded in 2017, SamePage has developed a cloud-based loan origination platform that is helping to transform the consumer lending journey for a plethora of financial service organisations.
Vision Blue said the addition of SamePage to its portfolio will give it “access to an experienced team of financial services experts and best-of-breed technology” and “enable it to deliver superior lending solutions and consultancy services to the lending market both within the UK, Europe and overseas”.

As part of the deal, SamePage will continue to operate as an independent business in the Welsh capital and work with Vision Blue to expand its current business and technical resources.
