GeoLang crowned UK’s most innovative small cyber security company

Welsh data loss prevention firm GeoLang has been crowned the UK’s Most Innovative Small Cyber Security Company.

It won the award at the Infosec Innovation Zone competition, which took place at the Infosecurity Exhibition in London Olympia last week.

The competition was set up to find the country’s most innovative cyber company and saw 11 start-ups battle it out for the title.

GeoLang made it to the final along with three other start-ups and impressed the judges with its unique fingerprinting algorithm.

Founded in 2006, the start-up works with large private and public organisations to design software systems. Current sectors it works in include automotive, consumer electronics and defence.
