Gwent landlord forum to tackle technology
by Nicholas Fearn , January 25
Sam George, managing partner of law firm Rubin Lewis O’Brien, believes that technology is changing the business for landlords. He said it’s improving productivity in the sector.
“With the ever-changing landscape of the buy-to-let market it is vital for landlords to be aware of all technology that can assist them in being as efficient as possible,” he said.
“This is an opportunity to hear from the software experts about how you can use technology to your advantage in a sometimes-challenging industry.”
Ed Gooderham, director of Green & Co Accountants and Tax Advisors, is another big believer in property technology. He said the event will help landlords get the most out of platforms such as Xero.
“We look forward to the first forum of 2018. With many landlords running their portfolio like a business, it is only right they equip themselves with professional software that will help them run smoothly,” he said.
“Our main aim is to provide local landlords with as much information and support as possible, and from feedback we have received from our attendees we know that they really benefit from the events.”
The Gwent Landlord Forum will begin at 6pm and is due to finish by 8.30pm.
