ITCS boosts web development team with new hires

ITCS, a national IT support, services and business telecoms provider, has made a string of new hires to its web development team in a bid to accelerate growth.
2017 has proven to be a busy year for the company, with it adding new clients, creating new websites and developing a new SEO business offering. Now, it’s brought on new talent to boost the team.
Developer Jackson Denham and junior developer Charlie Lamb joined the company’s Bridgend-based head office in late November. They’ve already worked on a range of projects.
In particular, the company has developed an online tool sales portal for Riverside Hardware, one of South Wales’s leading engineering companies and the largest Calor Gas main dealer.
Over the years, the company has developed a reputation for IT support services. However, looking to capitalise on other areas, it’s since expanded to web development and SEO management.
It works with hundreds of web design clients, from estate agents using all the online property portals to big E-Commerce sites with thousands of products.
The company, a Google Partner, supports small and medium businesses by allowing them to pay monthly rather than a huge upfront cost. It offers services in copywriting, digital marketing SEO and Adwords management services.
Brian Stokes, managing director of the firm, said: “Our business has expanded massively from our small beginnings in a shop in Maesteg to a large, nationwide business.
“And every time we expand our team, I feel a real sense of gratitude and pride – I’ve never forgotten those early days and while we work with some huge names now, personal service, adding value to clients of all sizes and helping other businesses are still values we live by and instill into our team members.
“I’m looking forward to working with Jackson and Charlie in 2018 – and continuing to help other businesses grow too.”
