What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with the right skills and background to help us a) win work that plays to Mint’s strengths and b) collaborate with designers and developers to define and deliver world class work that changes something for the better.

For the right person, this will be an incredible opportunity to leverage Mint’s 10 years of industry-leading expertise, define the role on their own terms and play a major part in growing our strategic, commercial and creative offerings in London and New York.

You might have core expertise in product strategy, design, technology or business development. Your background or number of years’ experience is less important than what you’ve made and how you work.

You’re a strategic thinker, with a big imagination for the possibilities of technology. You have lots of hands-on experience making digital products, and buckets of commercial common sense. You care about the people that use the products you make. You thrive on collaboration. Clients love working with you.
