Swansea-based comms firm celebrates successful 2015

A Swansea-based communications firm is celebrating after a successful 2015.

Siarad Network, which provides telecoms systems to businesses all across South Wales, saw impressive growth and financial advancements throughout the year.

The business increased its client base by 50 per cent and doubled its annual turnover. As a result, it was able to take on two additional members of staff in a bid to improve administration, customer service and business development.

24-year-old Leonie Hill, who’s from Bridgend, joined Siarad as an administration manager. She manages incoming enquiries and back-office administration.

41-year-old David Bartlett, from Pontypridd, also started at the company in 2015. As business development manager, he’s responsible for increasing the company’s clientele to aid growth.

He has over ten years of experience in customer service and sales, and the company is confident he can continue to help it grow throughout 2016 while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Garath Williams, managing director of Siarad Network, said: “We are extremely pleased with how the business has progressed throughout the year, and it puts us in a very promising position heading into 2016.

“Through ensuring that every client is managed effectively and that every query is dealt with in a highly responsive manner, we have been able to maintain our customer base positively and build the business as a result.”

“Good business communications is at the heart of any successful company. Having the customer’s needs as central to how we operate has proved to be invaluable.

“Unlike some major communication providers, we like to have a very local and personal feel to the service we provide and this has proved to be a successful business model to pursue. We hope to continue with this in the future and look forward to a prosperous 2016.”
