Swansea e-learning firm on recruitment drive

CDSM Interactive Solutions, a digital learning services agency based in Swansea, is embarking on an extensive recruitment drive following recent client wins.

The company is looking to make a series of appointments – both graduate and senior level – across various departments in a bid to cater for its continued growth.

It’s looking to fill the following roles: graduate project manager, e-learning content editor, graphic designer, IT delivery manager and senior developer.

This employment boost comes as the firm has taken on a range of new national and international clients, including the likes of Honda, BMW and the Welsh Government.

As well as this, the firm has formed relationships with Swansea University and the University of Wales Trinity St David so that it can provide valuable graduate opportunities and help retain local talent.

These new opportunities are in addition to several recent hires at the company, including Tom Coleman in marketing and Rebecca Picton-James in project management.

The firm, which has been operating for over a decade, specialises in providing clients with bespoke e-learning content and a contemporary learning platform.

Natalie Holborow, an instructional designer who works at CDSM, said: “There’s no better feeling than seeing a project start with researching and writing up a script then seeing it move through the stages to be brought to life as a finished piece of quality e-learning.”
