Telco wins large contracts with two solicitor firms

Telco TWL Voice and Data has won two long-term contracts with solicitor firms Howells and Barry Smith, a sign of its continued growth.

The contracts have seen TWL provide both clients with products to record conversations on demand, receive their voice mail messages as emails and 20-party conference calling.

And because all the systems are linked up on the different sites, each of their offices can dial each other internally, transfer between sites FOC and set up homeworkers easily and cost effectively.

The tech powering these internal improvements include Mitel MiVoice Office 250 telephone systems, phone manager software and Cat 5e data cabling and power poles.

TWL recently acquired Bridgend-based competitor JVH Communications, which had been trading for 25 years. It’s looking at further acquisitions in order to increase its size and authority in the market.

Ian England, business development manager at TWL, said: “It’s great to be involved with two prestigious solicitor firms in the local area. Both exceptional players in the legal sector.

“The state of the art systems we have installed supply improved functionality for our clients. We hope to attract more solicitors to partner with us in the future.”
