Vizolution named one of EMEA’s fastest growing tech companies

Vizolution, which develops customer experience technology, has been ranked 259^th on the Deloitte 2017 Technology Fast 500 for EMEA list.

Compiled by Deloitte Global’s technology, media and telecommunications industry group, the list ranks 500 innovative, fast-growing companies based in the EMEA region.

This is the first time the Swansea-based company has entered the list. It has seen a 465% growth rate over a three-year period, and has achieved this exponential feat across the UK, EMEA and North America.

Working across the financial services, insurance, energy and telecoms sectors, Vizolution uses technology to streamline complex customer processes for the likes of Santander, RBS, O2 and EE.

According to the firm, its solutions provide call centre agents with the ability to show, share and sign documents. It says this “effectively turns a standard telephony call into a virtual face-to-face meeting”.

It’s also developed a self-serve solution that “manages customer document workflows and allow customers to electronically sign, send and receive documents at a time and a place that is convenient for them”.
