Vizolution, a software company headquartered in Swansea, is continuing its global expansion plans with the opening of a second office in Canada.
The firm, which has developed a solution that helps businesses improve customer experience, has opened an office in the Prime King Street West location of Toronto. It’s located in the upmarket Workhaus Castle Building.
Meanwhile, it has appointed Alexey Smahtin as sales vice president for Canada to head up business expansion and drive growth across the country.
In December 2017, Vizolution opened its first Canadian office in downtown Toronto. As a result, it’s been able to forge relationships with large companies in the North American market, including banking giant HSBC.
Bill Safran, CEO of Vizolution, said his team is working with organisations across the world to accelerate customer experience and sales.
He commented: “Vizolution has empowered 30 global enterprises to reduce transaction times, increase sales conversions, and significantly improve customer satisfaction, and we look forward to achieving similar exceptional results in Canada with leadership from Alexey and his team.”
Smahtin joins Vizolution from Rangle.io, a fast-growing software consultancy based in Canada. He’s also worked for the likes of Salesforce.com and Clearly.ca, and graduated from the University of Toronto and Harvard University.
“Based on the company’s proven track record in the UK and Europe, I’m excited to help the company extend that success throughout Canada,” he said.
